    Magnus,
how come Rich H.'s posts stay "new" even after I read them?

    Gert

P.S.: and how can I correct the typo in the thread title?

    Gert,

Check that your browser accept cookies from this site.

That is the only reason I can think of why your read posts are not marked as such.

As for how to fix the header typo, I have no clue.

    Sorry.

      Thanks Magnus,
I believe the browser settings are fine, i.e. the "new message" icon normally goes away when I read the post. I suspect anyway that this information is stored in your BB database because it does not matter from which computer I view it, once read the flag is normally gone.

I noticed only the second time with posts from Rich that they stay "new", no matter how often I read the post e.g. the last one with the harnesses.

Nothing important anyway I just though you might want to know.

      Gert
