For those of you that have 4,5 or 6 point harnesses... is there a brand to avoid? I'm shopping around and unfamiliar brand names are frequently popping up.

Scott: You might try RMSCI. If the price is competitive you get a Caterham product. Try 'em out @ the Streets of Willow event. www.lasaac.org It's the best place to make sure thay're working right :!:

As part of my rebuild, I replaced my Sabelts with Schroth. The latter use a far more pliable and comfortable webbing, and the buckle is also noticabley lighter. The only donwside is price.

        Scott,

Whatever brand you get make sure that they are wide enough. 3" is what many organizations & tracks want nowadays.

          Racing Harness

Went down to SipsonWorld to check out their harnesses. Bought two sets @ $100/ea. 3" Platinum series in black w/latch & link buckles. Spent about $100 less, for two sets of belts, than I was expecting. Cam locks would have cost more and decided I didn't need the convenience. Thanks for the replies.

We'd love to see you trying them out @ the Streets of Willow next weekend. Any chance you'll be joining us there?? Bring sunscreen. 8)
