If you do have to go the UK for parts, shipping by Parcel Force has been economical and reasonably timely, 3 to 7 days.

Ive only ever dealt with QED and SBD in UK, without any issues. I have bought some things such as pan gaskets from local GM dealer ( the block is the same as early pontiac sunfire )
