Freestyle Front end

Has anyone in the USA install a Freestyle front end into their Caterham? I bought a setup from Freestyle, but the documentation is minimal at best. They also never answer their phone.

If someone does have this setup, can you send me photos of the spacers on the push rods, and the connection between the front anti-roll bar and the inboard suspension.
