Fuel fittings - 5/16" IFF to AN-6 ???

It seems to be slow around here lately...

Metal fuel delivery pipe exiting the transmission tunnel from the fuel tank seems to have a 5/16" inverted flare fitting in the engine bay. I'm trying to go from there to the AN-6 fitting on my fuel pressure regulator, but I cannot seem to locate a fitting going directly from one to the other. Suggestions?
