Just in case anybody is wondering what is going to happen now.... I will wait another week or two and then publish a summary of the feedback and some rough tour proposals.

Once we have some kind of consensus I will open a sign-up list and begin checking out a suitable travel agency.

So far it definitely looks like Summer 2007...

Hi Gert,
I would like to register my interest for the tour. Not sure about how much it will cost to ship the car to California? But once tour dates have been sorted I'll confirm.
If the cost of shipping is too much I would be happy to drive a support vehicle for a week or 2.
