Thanks to Tom for pointing out the permission problem prohibiting avatars from being uploaded.


Click on "Profile" at the top of this page.

Scroll to the bottom of your profile page.

Click "Browse" beside the "Upload Avatar from your machine" text box.

Select a picture of yourself, your car, or your tax returns that you (and we)
can live with.

Click Submit.
