    raises its' somewhat ugly head @ trvmotorsport.com I suspect it goes very fast with V8 power, but is a bit portly for the late CC @ 1800 pounds. Still, the concept carries on. Maybe we'll see one @ the Streets...

    The Lotus Seven is long gone but the design lingers on in a variety of forms, some close to original, others a travesty not worthy of mention.
    They said it, I believe it, and that settles it.

    top speeds in excess of 175 mph
    Not that it can actually do it, but just imagine that aerodynamic brick at a buck 75. That'd get ya religion.

    It is ugly though.

      I find it interesting that the first prototype, which is now for sale, is fitted with an automatic transmission. I can't imagine Chapman would have considered that a travesty. No, never...
