  • Hub replacement upgrade.

Caterham has now been out of stock on the Hub upgrade kit (http://www.caterhamparts.co.uk/searc...ry=hub+upgrade) for probably 6 months, and cannot give a straight answer on when they will be back in.

I of digging of blatchat turned up this: http://www.canleyclassics.com/?xhtml...sl=product.xsl

I just ordered a set (CCS3, but with the hub swapped out for a CCS3/3). It should ship by Friday.

    I'll keep you posted.

    /Magnus F.

If this works make sure you tell them. Perhaps they'll add a 'works for Caterhams too' to their website.

This looks like a great option. Very interested to hear how it works out.

How did the Canley Classics hubs end up working out?

I ended up being too lazy to replace the stub axle, and just used their bearings and hubs (which looks suspiciously like Caterham's version).

The car came together nicely and drives fine. I have my street wheels over at the shop to have a new set of Toyo R888 fitted. Once I've re-attached the front fenders using industrial strength tie-wraps, I should be good to hit the streets and track.

Where did you get the Toyos?
