  • Jaguar PPI

Well it is off topic but I'm hoping car guys being car guys one of you will know the person to call.

I'm looking at a Jaguar E type in Oceanside and need recommendations for someone to do a PPI.

And before you ask this is in addition to not to replace the Caterham. :)

    Thanks.

    Hi Ed,

You might want to call Dave Wellwood at 805-469-7842 as he is very knowledgeable when it comes to Jag’s and would most likely be able to suggest who to do the PPI for you.
Here is a link to his business. http://www.wellwoodautorestoration.com/
    Hope this helps.

Give Harry Appelby at Viking Motorsports in Costa Mesa a call. He knows jags fairly well. I'll also ask a friend who's done a bottom-up on a Series 1.5, although I doubt that he'll have time.

          Maqnus,

Thanks, added to the list. This is so much better than calling at random.

As I suspected, my local Jaguar head didn't have time. He did strongly recommend that you buy this book, which seems to be the penultimate guide to the E-type.
