What's going on out there? I hear on the news tonight that the state is going to have to issue IOUs in lieu of cash payments to taxpayers and handicapped people. I have generally found this site to be apolitical, but there has been some Bush bashing here of late, and I can't help but wonder about that in light of recent news. Is it possible that the state that has plagued the US with Nancy Pelosi can't keep its own house up?
