Hello, all you lucky 7 owners. I'm Steve, and I love 7's. Unfortunately, i'm 21, caught in the rat-race, and really can't afford one (anytime soon) :(. I've been interested in cars for a while, but unfortunately, nobody else in my house when I was growing up was interested in cars, so I never had the 'dad with a car in the garage' thing. So, i'm teaching myself now, and thats taking its fair share of time and money :)
To me, cars that are light, and quick are so much more fun than BIG, heavy, hard to handle cars.
But, I thought I would sign up for this forum so I can read about all the woes and bummers, and little things that happen with Caterham ownership, so one day, when I've got one parked in my garage, I won't be suprised by anything.
Currently, i'm driving an '86 RX-7, it's a fun car, but I would love to get into autocross etc... and I think with gas and our economy right now, having a dedicated track car is the way to go.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello, and next time you're crusing in your 7, and there's a drooling idiot in a blue Rx-7 honking at you, wave!
