Birkin for sale in San Francisco

Hi folks, saw this for sale on CL in San Francisco:

I'm just starting my search (and still trying to decide buy vs build).

Don't know if the owner is a member here, but would love to hear thoughts from the rest of you who are more experienced on this front about whether this is a good deal or not.

That looks to be a great price for what appears to be a nice Birkin. You couldn't build one for that.

Fleabay ad says sold.

At the top it says it was relisted, but the relisted ad does not exist....

Figured it didn't hurt to ask... sometimes things fall through.
