For Sale –
2005 Lotus Elise.
I bought this car a bit over 4 years ago and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately I need to let it go to free up the money, and the heated space I use to store it for the winter, so it is with much reluctance I offer it up for sale. I'm selling this to fund the purchase of a new Seven and may consider a trade for a Caterham, Westfield or Birkin in the 'SV" size.
The car currently has 53,9XX miles and I doubt it would get many more any time soon as the roads are snow covered and it’s silly cold. It has a clean title (no accidents and no lien) and I have that title in hand.
Below is a list of the cars features. I have many more photos and a list of upgrades that the car has received along with dyno charts showing the power the car made before and after the supercharger install.
Features –
Lotus Sport package
Lotus Touring package
Black Watch Racing Supercharger w/custom Koldfire tune. 221 HP at the wheels – approx. 250 at the crank
Larini SE stainless exhaust
Quaife limited slip differential
ACT clutch
Fidanza aluminum flywheel
Sector 111 oil catch cans
Motul 5W-40 oil every 2000 miles
Black Watch Racing adjustable front sway bar
Pro Rad welded alloy radiator
Sector 111 rear toe link reinforcement bar
EBC brake pads
APR carbon fiber adjustable rear wing
Front splitter and clam protector
Full Lotus Service manual on CD
Owner’s manual and service records
Black Watch Racing Unikey
The car runs and drives wonderfully and is solid and tight – it’s a real joy to use.
I’m asking $29,900. If you are interested please email me at [email protected] and I’ll get back to you with all the details and more photos. I welcome any questions you might have and will do my best to answer them fully and quickly. It would be best if you contacted me directly by email and not send me PM’s as I may not get them for a few days – but I always get email quickly. If you’d like any specific photos I’ll be glad to take them for you. The car is located at my home in Bozeman, MT and I welcome any visits to see the car and drive it if road conditions permit.
Unfortunately I need to let this go but I will not entertain low-ball offers. The first respectable and reasonable offer takes it.
Thanks for looking,
Dave
