Yes, it is the common engine used in a Ford Fiesta..... 1600 TiVCT motor. Available used or new from Ford.

Is the Sigma engine readily available in the US?

    Thanks.

Yep, just seeing if there is any interest. My timing on this one is not good. I put a lot of cash into a car coming from UK (long story) and then into repairing a crashed Caterham, that I have yet to be reimbursed by AAA for the work and parts that I have paid for. So willing to take a loss to get a quick sale.

As far as possibly converting, it does not make sense for the Duratec, the exhaust hole is not in the same location for one. But still doable, or wait for the rumored power increases to come for the Sigma engine. My goal with particular chassis was not to install any gas engine in it, but to convert it to full electric. I still might.

I believe this is probably the same car Randy advertised here in this section earlier this month.

It's for a Sigma engine, correct?

What would it take to convert to Duratec or Zetec?

    Thanks.
