Karting Day in Riverside at Adam's Track

We're planning a karting day at Adam's Kart Track in Riverside for a mid-January Sunday. Date is not firm yet, but the event will include four 12-lap races, and entry will be ~$100 inclusive. All you supply is yourself and your enthusiasm! Any interest? These are serious karts, capable of 50+ mph on the Adam's track straight leading into the highly banked Monza turn where you'll pull over 4 g's!!

I'll post more details as the event develops. Participants so far include guys and girls from where I work, members of the Riverside Foreign Car Club and other assorted car-crazies. This event would be great to blow out those mid-winter cobwebs and sharpen your driving skills. Also, we could discuss next year's Se7ens Challenge events and plans.

I'm interested, depending on the weekend. My daughter and I did a half day lesson at Moran's raceway in Yucaipa last summer. We had a blast! It was our first time in high-performance kart's, and I was sore the next day from fighting the g's.

*But* we will come home from Sweden Jan 9, so anything before that will not work. Later is better for me. If you can put it on the weekend of the 21:st, I may be able to get a visiting friend to join us as well...
