I don't think there will be a SCS as the motor4toys event is going on and it is organized by the SCS guy.

The funny thing is my wife goes " What is that car a Morgan ? " and I said "No that's a Caterham but there is a Morgan driving it " -delise

      You are correct.

      How about our own drive?

Don't ask me about my car. But I promise by New Year I find time to get it running again.

Now...how about a New Years' blat (or New Year's Eve) ?

A blat during the Christmas/ New Year time frame should be possible.

Feel free to suggest some dates/ times / routes

Motor4Toys was a good show yesterday. There were three extremely light, very fast, high horsepower vehicles there on display, each costing about $10 million.
Great to see them close up. Complex dashes and bits of carbon fibre.
                ……Three Police and fire & rescue helicopters….
There was a stunning red Aston Martin DB6 Superleggera there along with the batmobile and a host of other one-offs. About four times the size of the normal SCS.
It was great to be out and about in the Birkin. It's been sitting in the garage for about 5 weeks.

Gert is your car fixed yet?

Nope, but I will start working on it Sunday. If I don't fail miserably I will be very interested in a drive somewhere between 12/28 and 1/1

                      Fraiser Park to Ojai

                      or

Wrightwood via the back way as there may be less snow?

Anyone feel free to suggest alternatives.

Both are good. We may have a look at the weather and road conditions the days before and make a decision which route is better.

If it is the 1st route, we could meet for breakfast in Newhall, drive to Castaic, Francisquito Cyn, Sand Canyon, Frazier Park, Ojai, St. Paula and back?
