  • Targa California April 7-9, 2011

    An event just made for Caterham and other 7 derivatives ! Okay- we have invited all makes and models of cars , built 1975 and older *, to come play with us for two and a half days.
    We start out in So Cal , near Lake Castaic on Thursday April 7, 2011. From there its fantastic back roads to our lunch stop in Taft. Then more backroads to our HQ hotel in Paso Robles. A welcome dinner is included for you and a guest. Friday am, out time is 8:30 with lots of interesting roads leading to our suggested lunch stop of the Baja Cantina in Carmel Valley. Then its more back roads to Paso Robles for night #2- dinner is open for you to explore plenty of great restaurants not far from our hotel.
    Saturday- out time at 8:30-ish, with a short drive in the area till our Farewell meal mid day. Some fun gifts will be awarded and goodbyes. Suggested return routes for nor or so cal will be offered if you haven't had your fill yet :)

    Cost for this extravaganza of back road twisties event ? A paltry $200 (plus nasa membership fee < our sanction and insurance provider)

    *1975 and older: If your car fits the spirit of the classic era of sports cars, then we welcome you to join us (even if you have a nasty turbo Zetec under the bonnet ! )

    Cool. That was almost the route for our rained-out President's Day trip.
