Hey gang,
Getting ready for the bi-annual road trip to Wisconsin with buddy Daryll, except this time I'll be in the Se7en instead of on the Harley. I've got a couple of guys in Wisconsin who want to see/try on for size Fred so we'll sync up once I'm there.
I'll be posting updates and pics on USA7s since this is a cross-country (almost) trip so if you want check there for my progress or hinderance!

It looks like it's going to be good weather through Colorado come Thursday when we're in Cheyenne and head to Utah. If there's anything a local member would like, besides an R500 ;) , from CaterhamUSA let me know and I'll schlep it back and hand it over at the next SCS meet or some such gathering...

I guess you probably have a fully informed opinion about the sbfs half-hood by now?

Actually I haven't really used the half hood for more than on a couple overnights for possible dew. The weather's been so good I've been running open with SPF70 slathered on all exposed skin surfaces! It does look to be a great top for light drizzle or shade if you desire.
And, yeah, when I make up my mind there's something I want to do I pretty much do it. Act first, think later, right? :)
This trip has been much fun, and I really find driving interesting again. Granted 10+ hours of nothing but Interstate road can get tedious when running through Nebraska where it's basically a straight line, but overall I really like long road trips. Weird I guess, although my Uncle did the same for years when on vacations so I can blame genetics!
And, just between you and me, I'm relieved that no one took me up on picking up something for them at CaterhamUS since the selection was, ahem, limited and I would have first dibs!
