The alternator is moved out from the engine to make place for the larger manifold. The new alternator mount also hosts the belt tensioning wheel, which has been relocated from the left hand side of the engine. |

The kit came with a 2 mile long belt. After some experimenting we were able to use the old belt with this route. Please note that an original idling wheel on the engine has been removed. Will the alternator wheel slip? Who knows? |
